TCPA Compliance Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our website (the “Site”) at https://www.maumeeriverroofing.com and https://maumeeriverconstruction.com.

2. Information on Site

The Site is for convenience and informational purposes only. The advertisements on the Site are not offers to sell or buy any product or service. The Site is not intended to be a comprehensive or detailed statement concerning the matters addressed, and does not constitute advice or recommendations. You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly to request removal from our text messaging list. You have the right to access, correct, verify, change, or remove your personal information. Contact us to make any changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@maumeeriverroofing.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
