At Maumee River Roofing, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to team up with our friends at K105 FM, our local country radio station, for the 2-day St. Jude’s Country Cares for Kids Radiothon. This annual event brings together our community to raise both awareness and funds for the incredible work being done at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and we’re honored to be part of such an important cause.
As part of our partnership, we had the privilege of sponsoring an “Hour of Hope” during the radiothon, where we were able to speak on-air about what it means for us to collaborate with K105 FM and St. Jude’s in the fight against childhood cancer. Our Team shared our passion for supporting the children undergoing treatment at St. Jude’s and discussed how these partnerships not only help raise much-needed funds but also shine a light on the amazing work being done by St. Jude’s doctors, researchers, and staff.
The radiothon itself is a powerful two-day event, featuring emotional stories from families whose lives have been impacted by St. Jude’s, as well as touching accounts from the hospital’s staff about the difference their work makes. Every year, K105 FM brings our community together for a cause that is near and dear to our hearts—giving children and their families hope during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
We are proud to have been able to support this amazing initiative and work alongside such a dedicated team of professionals, listeners, and donors who truly care about making a difference. Through the funds raised during the radiothon, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital can continue its life-saving research and provide free treatment to children in need, ensuring that no family ever has to pay for their child’s care.
