We couldn’t be more thrilled about our Team’s victory at the 2025 Bowl for Kids’ Sake event! Not only did we have an amazing time challenging each other on the lanes, but we also earned the coveted “Best Dressed Team” award at one of the three Bowl for Kids’ Sake events in Allen County – Fort Wayne, IN. It was a fantastic day of healthy competition, laughter, and, most importantly, supporting an incredible cause!
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is a grassroots FUNdraiser that brings the community together to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters. This event is more than just a bowling tournament; it’s an opportunity to have fun while helping create brand-new mentoring matches for children in need. Through the event, participants, donors, and volunteers all unite to support Big Brothers Big Sisters’ vital mission in our community.
For over 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that every child has the potential to succeed and thrive. The organization has become the nation’s largest donor-supported and volunteer-supported mentoring network, matching adult mentors—our Bigs—with youth—our Littles—ranging from ages 6 through 22. These meaningful, monitored matches create lasting, positive relationships that empower young people, particularly those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds, to reach their full potential.
We’re incredibly proud to be part of an event that has such a direct and lasting impact on the lives of children in our community. Bowl for Kids’ Sake is not just about the competition; it’s about coming together as a community to ensure that every child has the support they need to grow and succeed. Through this fun and exciting event, funds are raised to help create new matches, allowing Big Brothers Big Sisters to continue its life-changing work.
