The holiday season is a time for joy, tradition, and community spirit, and this year, we were thrilled to be part of one of Fort Wayne’s most cherished traditions—the 40th Annual Festival of Trees. Our team had the honor of sponsoring a tree at this beloved event, and we couldn’t be more excited to share our experience!
This year’s theme for our tree was “Benny’s Rooftop Wonderland,” featuring our very own mascot, Benny, in a festive and whimsical holiday setting. Inspired by the joy and excitement of the season, we created a unique design that brought Benny to life in a way that was both playful and heartwarming. It was truly a labor of love, and we were so proud to contribute to the beautiful display of creativity that makes this event so special.
The Festival of Trees transforms the Embassy Theatre and Indiana Hotel into a magical holiday wonderland, with trees of all shapes, sizes, and themes filling the lobbies. Each tree tells a different story and adds its own special touch to the festive atmosphere. From traditional designs to more imaginative and quirky interpretations, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
One of the highlights of the festival is the opportunity to capture memories with Santa and Mrs. Claus, who are available for pictures, creating lasting moments for families. In addition to the dazzling tree displays, the festival offers festive LIVE entertainment, featuring performances from the Grande Page pipe organ, youth choirs, and dance troupes. The music, lights, and laughter fill the air, spreading holiday cheer to all who visit.
We’re grateful to have been a part of this event and to have had the chance to celebrate with our community. It’s a reminder of the power of tradition, togetherness, and giving during the holiday season.
If you haven’t had the chance to experience the Festival of Trees, we highly recommend it! It’s the perfect way to kick off the Christmas festivities with your loved ones. We look forward to many more years of contributing to this wonderful Fort Wayne tradition and hope to see you there next year!
